User Traffic (February 2012)

ftlog and Bandwidth

The bandwidth pages show how much traffic the forum, and individual users are generating each month. You can click on an individual month or user for additional information. Higher ranked users indicate a higher use of bandwidth.

All bandwidth costs money - if you are consistently at the top of the users table you should consider providing a donation for this freely provided forum network! If you are wasting bandwidth unknowingly, the server will try to tell you and provide hints how to optimise your browser (which may well make your browsing experience as a whole faster).

One of the best ways to reduce your bandwidth usage is to download and use the sus. You can get it from sus.ftlog.org. The SUS uses only a fraction of the bandwidth compared to using the forum from your browser. It is also a much quicker way of working with the forums too!
